  • Onboarding and introduction meeting to outline the planning process and planning resources provided

  • Scheduled phone/virtual meetings to ensure major vendors have been secured and client is following the provided timeline of the planning process checklist

  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with vendors

  • Final details meeting and walk-through at venue prior to event

  • Unlimited professional recommendations and guidance 


  • Customized spreadsheet for planning, tracking and organization

  • Guidance with theme, color & decor concepts

  • Refer, contact and assist with securing quality vendors

  • Review and negotiate vendor quotes on the clients behalf

  • Assist with placing and managing vendor order

  • Vendor payment tracking & reminders

  • Budget management assistance and budget recommendations

  • Assistance with RSVP management

  • Stationery design and order assistance

  • Assistance with seating arrangements

  • Collection of necessary pat and insurance certificates

  • Secure group reservation options for out of town guests at hotels near venue

  • Coordination of vendor arrival times and communication of venue procedures

  • Provide event day timeline to all vendors 2 weeks prior to the event


  • Full event day with lead coordinator

  • Ensure adherence to established itinerary and venue policies

  • Confirm all vendors deliverables upon arrival

  • Verify received rental items ordered

  • Direct ceremony processional and recessional

  • Lead and execute (grand entrance, cake cutting, etc.)

  • Assist guests with directions and questions as needed

  • Hired items return inventory confirmation

  • Assist vendors as needed to ensure on time departures and all venue exit standards are met

  • Assist with clearing up & gathering clients take home items at the end of the event. *This does not include large or heavy items.
